I bought a serve from a hosting it's a 10 slots server but more than 10 player can join server ex ; 12/10 How is this possible ?

If players connect through console, they can override max player settings. Unfortunately, this bug has existed for years. You can find sourcemod plugins to address the issue, but if you don't want to use sourcemod, you're screwed.
