A couple requests and an issue.

Requests:
1. I would really like a version that ignores the Bots in regards to the player threshold.
2. I would love a version that works during the waiting period even if it has to go all the way through the setup period.

Issue:
I am positive I have this installed correctly with the default configs and it turns off alltalk during the setup period. I get no errors in the log and otherwise it works.

Can anyone help me?

I have this vote setup but it is overridden if the player threshold is enabled. Is it possible to avoid this?

I'm having an issue with the plugin where it often doesn't enable all talk during setup despite me telling it to. Anyone else having this problem?

Does anyone know a good replacement for this plugin? It just doesn't work very well for me. We have it configured to turn alltalk on during setup, but half the time it doesn't.
