Would be awesome. I do not use Boss toggle on my server because it somehow destroyes the Queue system. If it will not happen, I would love it.

I can confirm we have the same glitch, A fix i've found is in characters.cfg put all Duo companions at the bottom.

Well I added being able to see boss description in Unofficial FF2 but I now add it in the boss selection.
Also includes two cvars:

ff2_boss_desc 1 | Enable or disable seeing boss description before confirming boss selection
ff2_boss_popup 1 | Enable or disable automatic pop up for players who haven't selected yet
