After the recent optional csgo server-update SMAC Eye Angle Test (0.8.6.0) is banning players as soon as they minimize the game. I tested it myself on 2 different PCs with 2 linux servers (one of them not updated yet), both running SourceMod 1.7.2.
I'm absolutly sure the update is causing this. Something has changed.

EDIT:
Notice that this is an optional csgo server-update. So only the ones with auto-update enabled and a recent reboot or people that manually updated/reinstalled are affected. It was working fine with previous versions and I think most servers just getting this problem with the next mandatory update (maybe next week).

Can confirm. A good portion of my server list got banned. Currently running triage to remove the plugin.

Anyone tested if having engine_no_focus_sleep 0 client side prevents this from happening?

Thanks for the report. CS:GO server admins should disable this module until someone has time to fix it.

Vitaliy Genkin <[email protected]> 22:42 (33 minutes ago) to csgo_servers With the latest update game server will now repeat the same UserCmd for users who are not transmitting their UserCmds in time. Previously, if client stops transmitting any UserCmds while mid-air then that client will just get stuck hanging mid-air until it either resumes transmitting UserCmds or gets disconnected. With the new change non-transmitting client will continue falling down and running physics thinks even if they stop transmitting. When the client resumes transmitting the server will only allow up to "sv_maxusrcmdprocessticks" backlogged UserCmds to be executed on a single tick. You can fix SMAC by treating the same identical UserCmds repeated by server code as valid.

We've had today tons of Eye test violations without any resize plugins or similar so I guess it is broken anyway.

Excuse me but I can't really find the fixed SMAC eye-test plugin: I just downloaded repository files but I only see .sp files which cannot be compiled. Also, they are all old files , from 16/12/2013
