Yes, he is a bit sketchy. Make sure you get payment from him upfront before you finish the work or I don't think he will pay you. He seems to always want to change the rules of buying & selling to only protect him and ignore centuries of practices to the contrary.

Well, I've done (and doing) some service for him and he's a very trustable guy from what I've seen.

I try to refrain from negative towards anyone, but this guy is a snake that will scam, steal and cheat anything and anyone he can.
