This tells me that a) nether of you have read the rules and b) posts that are being reported are being moved to the correct section and the author notified. I never said anything about reporting. I just gave an idea of stopping the incorrect section threads.

"Lack of moderators + Reporting posts"

You probably already know that for an mod do actions in forum, that is not needed reports itself.

But i see that in others forums too, and is not hard redirect the users to a specific topic and make the user read the post before do a first post in alliedmodders. I hope something explaining what is the correct forum for each post. Like this:

If they have been moved, it probably happened a few days after the report which means nobody noticed it. And like I said - I would gladly report all posts if the 60 seconds delay is removed. I won't spend 5 minutes sitting and doing nothing just to report 5 posts. It would also be nice if a post can't be reported more than once. I personally can't remember if I reported a topic or haven't because it doesn't show up anywhere.

To report several topics at one you can go to one topics report page and type something like:
Quote:
This topic is on the wrong section (amxmodx -> source mod) and:

https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=2989 - wrong section (scripting help -> Suggestions/Request)
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=2959 - spam
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=2959065 - spam
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=2959 - spam
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=295906 - spam
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=29590685 - wrong section (scripting help -> Suggestions/Request)
...
While they do not add something to indicate a thread has been reported, you can post on it: Spam/Wrong section, I reported it.

So..... Is the 60 seconds delay going be removed at least? I'm pretty sure it can be done in 15 seconds. Oh, yeah... Let's not forget the additional 30 seconds to make a new post after reporting one.

No. While I'm glad you want to help keep the forums clean, you shouldn't be hunting down posts to report.

What's the point of the report button if I can't use it?

You can use it, when you see a thread that needs reporting, a maximum of once every 60 seconds.

So if I see two or more threads that need reporting at once - I do nothing or I choose only one and ignore the other ones? If you want people to report posts like they're supposed to, the REPORT button should be fully accessible all the time.

Please see: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showpo...5&postcount=14

There is nothing internal to this forum software that marks a post as reported (which is why reporting a post more than once is possible), so this manner of quickly reporting multiple posts should be just fine. There is no practical difference on the moderator's end.

If you report post after post after post, all individually, then all you're doing is sending a ton of messages right to the email inboxes of every single mod with rights on that particular board. Please don't spam them.

Again, reports on this forum software go to the EMAIL INBOXES of EVERY SINGLE MOD who could possibly do something about the post you're reporting. One email per mod, per report.
