each time a hit is given to the opponent, it show the damage uve given in a small box right below the crosshair.. i want to disable that but no matter how long i searched i couldnt find it

i thought it was wm_damage command but as i understand that is the total amount of damage given and taken right?

someone please help me im going crazy oh and no matter what i tried (including external plugins) i couldnt get player voting to work.. they simple dont capture the chat triggers.. or maybe the plugin doesnt load at all i dont know..
