Apparently as of the TF2 release today, this plug-in had been crashing my TF2 servers.
Basically, the vote gets initiated (usually via "!votemelee" in the in-game chat), then right as the time is running out of the vote - bang! server crashes - reproducible on demand. I've have moved it into "disabled" on my server for the moment.

Update: Actually just found-out from my players, that this start with yesterday's update (July 11th 2013).

I know removing certain weapons from Engineers and possibly Spies, causes a server crash. I'm not sure if this plugin actually removes player's weapons though, never checked the source.

This plugin doesn't remove weapons. Remember you need to update with the gamedata from the first post and restart. The plugin seems to work fine here.

pheadxdll - this is my current game data - if I left it as is, is this ok even with weapon switch?

Sure, that's ok. It won't use Weapon_Switch from melee.txt but it doesn't hurt to have it there.

im having a crash after about 30 seconds of going to melee only, reproducible

using metamod 1.9.3 821 and sourcemod 1.5.0 3862

just started with the last update

I'm still having issues with this as I have a function of another plugin that looks for the melee.txt file in gamedata with both weapon switch and weaponreset - I just need to know 100% sure if these offsets are correct because something hasn't worked right since this recent update.
