I don't think its sad at all, people need to stop spreading ways for clients to undermine server settings. If I catch this being said I"ll ban em to prevent the spread of this nonsense.

I agree with Horsedick.

Atm i uploaded McKay his plugin that blocks the, Word. but ofcourse we can edit more words or variables in it just like you say, with 4s etc. So more would be blocked. Thanks McKay

A regex might work better.

Though with it installed, people won't be able to talk about their true love they found on a matchmaking site.

You could look for groups of words, like, "connect + matchmaking" or "ip + matchmaking", etc. Not foolproof, but less error prone.

I'd reply that players are not customers and even if they were forcing a customer to watch whatever seconds of ads is unfair at best. Don't run servers in the first place if you can't pay for them, or just man up and work hard to make some kind of awesome donations system that your players will love.
Also, server owners can be female too.
