This doesn't seem to be a cvar anymore. Any clue if there's a new one?

I have used it in conjunction with sm_cvar but the value in game doesn't seem to stick to 0. I run two servers with no medpacks, tank every round but I still find a pack rarely though mainly in the first map.

Double checked and the convert pills cvar was set correctly, so there must be a small problem in the spawning in L4D.

You using a plugin to remove all medkits or only cvar? I suggest you try Frustian's one. It removes medkits nicely and precisely =)
