guys i have a problem in my csgo servers:
someone joins my server and flood my server with this message in photo.
VAR comes up to 40 and players lagging in my server.
how can i prevent him to attack my server except abandon him to join the server?(with plugin or something else.)

I don't think you can. Ban the IP using the windows firewall (or any other, really).
