Yep, if you will found function signatures and private data offsets for these mods.

I've tried it with OZ Deathmatch 3.0 / 3.02 and unfortunately HL crashes at mapload.

I cant get this to work i tried differrent weapons half life just crash when start ive set spawn points also and all the files is put in correct folders.

Ok i made progress now its actually working using the spawnweapon mod.
i had to delete my map coordinates so it didnt start when loading map. but i still cannot change weapons and when i try a couple times the game crash whats wrong?
