sorry for a stupid question, but how can I disallow 'votemap' for players, so only admin can initiate map voting?

and why is during user votes (e.g. voteban) voting options (Yes/No) are only shown for user who has initiated a vote?

Another question for whoever's developing this plugin now: players can issue the commands fine and see a menu, but also see an "insufficient powers" message from SM "blocking" the commands. What can I do to remove that message?

sm plugins unload <pluginname> or <id> then remove the plugin from the plugins directory.
