How lovely... Half the posts on this thread are about the definition of a word.

At any rate, competitions would be awesome, however I wouldn't participate until I felt comfortable with Pawn.

That seems logical, what about if a judge only votes for his own entry. Lets assume a panel of 5 judges, each entered their own project, each votes for their own project. Are you going to make it so judges can't vote for their own entry?

I myself am not going to be entering. So that will throw off the balance regardless. But I don't think a lot of the judges will be entering their own entries anyway.

Would the judges remain anonymous? And would they be common forum users or a specific team such as Plugin Approvers?

Aye, I'd say the same. They'd also obviously need provable experience in at least Pawn. (Provided all the judges have to look and evaluate code.)
