But this profile used as fake. I don`t know how, but one russian guy can spoof no-steam id with this profile`s id. See link: http://37.26.2.29/testing/index.php?...&Submit=Search

That's not fake. Just because the community profile isn't setup doesn't mean it's 'fake'. Every account when initially created does not have a setup community profile.

I know it, but some bad guys using this to hide no-steam, to confuse the admins and to use hack, exploit servers easily. A long time ago i removed emulator in all my community and after this my servers never crashed by clientside. I advise all server owners that not to use no-steam emulators.
