Wrong. 0.37 Megabits is 370 Kilobits which is 46.25 kilobytes. Network speeds are always measured in Bits, nobody cares about Bytes when talking Network. Also, bits is indicated by a lowercase b whereas bytes is indicated by an uppercase B (your conversion is indicating kilobits to kilobits)
