Did you not read the installation directions? You are running an oudated version of Sourcemod. Get the latest 1.0.x snapshot and try again.

his rates was normal,his ping was 5-7

um its impossible to have incoming packets that high? Looks like I didn't set it to float in the output message and its set on ints. I'll fix it and re-upload the code.

many people are kicked with that reason
they all use adsl modems....

He fixed the output as he said he would, it is written as a float (there is a dot '.')

28.761827 < 30.000000

You can disable min in/out packets
