I have Metamod:Source obviously and SourceMod and the following plugins (most of which I believe are added from installing mani_admin_plugin).

Any ideas? Or... since I only want the functionality of the sm_showdamage 1 damage hint thingy, maybe someone can point to how I can get that only with what I already have? (Which is metamod + sourcemod + mani_admin_plugin.)

If you're running Mani, most of these plugins are not required and may conflict with Mani when active. What you're setting yourself up for is two menu systems, two ban systems, two map systems, etc. I would suggest you only have what is necessary to get super commands working and then you could either use rcon to execute the show damage command or put it in your server config. I also believe that the menu system in sourcemod made the need for supercmds menu system obsolete so you don't need both menuing systems.
Somone wiser than me could say exactly which you absolutely must have (I don't use mani so don't have this issue for the main plugins) but I would read this string and/or the sp file for super commands to see what its dependencies are and start disabling the other plugins (put in disabled folder).
