Hmmm, unapproved? Works fine on my TF2 Windows server still. Using latest 1.1 svn.
Mind you I don't use many of the extra options and just set the minutes to kick for regular AFK and spec AFK. I guess the other options might not be working for some?

Yeah, really the only thing not working is afkm_min_players_kick_spec, everything else works fine. You can unapprove it when your plugin has the same features this does Liam

Yup works fine! just a couple things don't work. ie after mapchange and the player stays in spec it wont kick them? its seems to kick most but not all!!!

Well, then request everything you like about this plugin in Liam's topic, so he'll add it. No one wanted to pick this up, so it got unapproved and Liam made a new one.

Issues existed in this and weren't being fixed, and I really didn't want to take over someone's existing project.

If you would like to make a feature request with mine, feel free to request them and I'll see about getting them added in.
