This is not a solution to the problem... My server does not have this plugin reservedslots.smx, there is a problem with the connection to the server, can connect only 1 person!

It might be have been renamed. Try setting sm_hide_slots 0 in sourcemod.cfg

There is something with plugins that handle bots I think, i.e replays in bhop/surf/kz, and deathmatch with bots, etc. I'll try updating gamedata and check back.

Please try disabling Steam Family Sharing and go to the main account.

Any issues you're having are very likely plugin related. The client join process has changed slightly and depending on what actions the plugin performs on the connecting client may cause either the server to crash or a reconnection loop to take place.
