i have mysql connected and continue giving error on databases(databese.cfg its the file you give to download)

I really have no idea why you get this error:

 L 03/23/2016 - 14:23: 33: [SM] Exception reported: Timer startup failed. Reason: "shavit" is not a specified entry in databases.cfg.

Please, re-check the databases.cfg file.
Also, I might be wrong, but check the file's permissions, and make sure that <owner> (whatever user runs the server, Google about chmod/chown if you're unsure) has read access to the file.

Suggestion:: How about adding strafe sync to the timer. Alot of the better timers out there have it, which would allow your timer to be on par with them in some aspects. Not sure if you have already discussed this, but i just thought i would suggest it.

edit:: not sure how hard/and or intensive to the server it would be to do this
