i have followed your instructions on how to install this and it doesnt work for me on my server, maybe i have installed sdk hooks wrong or the mod itslef i dont know but i cant get it to work

as soon as possible, only one thing blocks the startup and we fixed it but there are some more bugs with the lrs (ex : hot potato is too close, gun tossing is now higher)

EDIT :
Fixes released on SVN (Autostart svn includes some fixes which was not commited on sm_hosties svn, the fixes which are included in Autostart svn only are : Beacons, helpbeams and guntoss markers now has new material (old ones are not included in CS:GO))

If you are watching changes on svn you can see we are doing our best to make the game work on both css and csgo!
We will release a new version of sm_hosties around the release date of CS:GO or even before!

Most of the major problems are worked out thanks to CoMaNdO. Report any bugs you guys are experiencing when compiling from the latest hosties (main) SVN. Version will be 2.1.0b

!rules isn't closeable, the "0. to exit" isn't an option (it's white text instead of yellow)
That's the only problem I have found so far.

It's quite annoying that most maps aren't working due the fact the "weapon_x" entities (mapsided) won't work as a pickable weapon, they won't display in the map.

Could this be done via sourcemod? If yes, could you please add an option so "weapon_x" entities will be spawned?

We've seen that same problem too. It seems to affect all SourceMod menus, not just Hosties.
