i know the bug
and as long as i know,it's all about the function"set_user_rendering()"
i'm working on it,but it's a bit difficulty to me
since i'm a scripting newbie too,and i haven't use set_user_rendering before
but ,trust me,i'm working on it
and will u kindly show me when will the bug occur?
i'm not very sure about that?

yay someones gonna fix this!

I was on the same path as you guys, with set_user_rendering.

I tried to replace all instances of
set_user_rendering(id,kRenderFxNone, 0,0,0, kRenderTransAdd,5)

with the glowing statement
set_user_rendering(id,kRenderFxGlowShell, Red,Green,Blue, kRenderNormal,16)

and did the same on the return functions. Players still disappeared randomly. My next thought was to replace a few prizes with duplicate prize that doesnt turn invis. I dunno. I wonder if it has to do with the kRenderFxGlowShell and kRenderFxNone functions. Is there anyway to make a winner die at the end of the round they won that award and automatically run kRenderFxNone 255,255,255 ?

Page 7 is where the invis fix is at! I tried everything to get this to work before

p.s. Breaddawson- How did you learn this scripting language? What references / similar language did you use? Thanks again!

i'm a newbie in amx x scripting

and your words do give me more confidence!

i'm not very sure if the bug has already been fixed

'cause i only get rid of it on my server

so,if u still find it later,plz make a reply

and i will make another fix as soon as possible

p.s:er...i'm a CS major (CS means Computer Science )
so i learnt C and Java at school

Let me know if the fix works for everyone and I will add the updated file to the original message. I do not code, never have... Since moving onto other games I dont have a server to test things on any longer and anyone that can take on the coding is welcome to.

i'm working on a new version of this plugin (very extended version... when i finish it i'll upload it here. i'm doing the last bugfixes and the translation -becouse i'm spanish and the plugin is now in spanish-)

(an small list of changes: two types of invisibility -god and normal- wc3 or sh xp prizes if they have that plugins, burning, money prizes, sounds, and... ;) )

but.... how did you fixed de invisibility bug? :S

i'm looking forward to your new dice plugin
and about fixing the invisible bug
i think it may be Ludwig van's small mistake
or something else
when a round is end and someone is in gambling
then

Code:
set_user_rendering(id,kRenderFxNone, 0,0,0, kRenderTransAdd,0)

will be called,then the man is invisible

oh,i'm not sure if this fix will work for everyone
but till now,this fix has no invisile bugs like before
er...but there's another bug founded
sometimes u will be stuck
of course,many people find this,and if u switch weapon,then u can move again
but the problme is,when u play in a costome map,such as knife-arena or somthing else
then u will be stuck for ever
i don't know why this bug occurs
but it does exist,and i'm now working on it

er...maybe we should look forward to DarkBeatz 's new dice plugin together
