Hi,

I search an AMXX Plugin special ESL Gather.

This plugin is like any plugin WAR except that the administrator would simply be the first person who connects to the server and not a list SteamID.

This plugin is made available to all persons wishing to provide free servers to make a WAR or ESL Gather.

The functions that I would need:
Choice of MR12 or MR15
Launching Restart 3 + a CFG with the "LO3"
Stop Function
Counting the score and display by !Score chat command

If a person would do that, it would be cool!
