your problem because of dont connect to database on the database.cfg.
check database.cfg or read this docs:

I had few reports players getting kicked with banned message from sourcebans, but they are not in the sourcebans database or local banned cfg file. What could be the reason?

I'm running 1.6.3-PRE

Create an issue on our tracker, I'll have to triage it after the database structure change, as it's not viable to implement it now.

Just noticed this as the clocks moved forward here in the UK last night, but there is no 'Daylight savings time' option anymore.

Was this intentionally removed, or is it a bug of some kind? It's a very minor thing, but it is a little confusing because I'm seeing players banned at 11:00 for 3 hours (for example) when according to Sourcebans++ they were banned at 10:00.

steamcommunity.com now forces all HTTP requests to HTTPS.
This means that the regex in steamopenid.php needs to be
changed from http: to https: to fix the login for older versions of SourceBans++.
