Extensions not loading and giving errors

Hello all,
So I recently installed some plugins into my server that required some extensions, and I'm getting this error when trying to load the plugin:

] rcon sm plugins load discord
[SM] Plugin discord.smx failed to load: Required extension "SteamWorks" file("SteamWorks.ext") not running.

So I did sm exts list, and I got this
