You need the both HL's and Metamod's SDKs installed an configured correctly to compile AMXX.

Yes,I followed the tutorial and then compiled the GeoIp module.
when error occured just replace #include<stdio.h> to #include<iostream>
It works~
Next i have to write scripts to test if it really works
