no, it does do something. So next time ask if you dont noe something.
This hero bans you for 1 minute if you type anything. (only works on normal say no team say)

haha, this is funny... though I shouldn't be credited for anything (as flaturing as it is), I did not ban him but eventually would have after all the warnings I gave and posts trashed.

If I had server I'd probably use it.

I dont understad that with "Ban powers" ...It can ban anyone or what ?
