    Description:
    freezing infected for some time.

    Settings (ConVars):

    - l4d_freeze- def.: 1- 0 = enable, 1 = disable plugin.
    - l4d_freeze_time- def.: 10 - freeze time.
    - l4d_freeze_speed- def.: 0.5 - slow down(0 = freeze)

    Languages:
    - Russian
    - English

    Installation:
    - copy smx file to addons/sourcemod/plugins/
    - copy phrases.txt file to addons/sourcemod/translations/

    Credits:
    - Dragokas- Colors in translation file
