Cloman, Still having issues. I followed your advise and used the most recent download. I started over from scratch with no additional plugins other than TF2Stats. I did get a "TF2_Stats connected to MySQL Database!" that I didn't get before. When I run it locally everything works and I can check the rank in game and webpage (run locally). As soon as I try to can to my hosting account it fails, BUT the strange thing is the 'Maps' data pulls from the game.

what permissions in mysql have you given to the user account. (alter/select/index.. etc...)

Tried like 5 more times and I'm getting the same error. The player table is there. The plugin won't populate it.

I have granted full permissions for the following privileges:

ALTER, ALTER, ROUTINE, CREATE, CREATE ROUTINE,CREATE TEMPORARY TABLES, CREATE VIEW, DELETE, DROP, EVENT, EXECUTE, INDEX, INSERT, LOCK TABLES, REFERENCES, SELECT, SHOW, VIEW, TRIGGER, UPDATE

It can't be a permissions issue because the Maps table works.

I would really appreciate it if you can think of anything else for me to try. I really like this plugin.

Dont worry we will find the cause.

I am using the same and have 0 errors.
So it should be a configuration issue.
We only should find what is causing this.

- What version of sourcemod do you use (command in the console to get the details: "sm version")?
- Do you dynamically load the plugin or do you shutdown the game server and start it from fresh ?

I shutdown and restart it fresh. I do that through a .bat file, but I've recently start using SteamCMD GUI.

Ok i just updated to the same version you have and i have No problems.

- Can you try and login to your mysql database with the credentials of the tf2 stats?
- Once logged in execute this query and check your results "Select * From Player"
- if that gives you a error that means the account has no permission to the player database.
- if the select query works try this one "Insert into Player (STEAMID, NAME) VALUES ("BOT2", "InsertTest")"
- If that fails the user account has no permission to add records to the database so you will need to check the user account of the database and correct the permission.

I like you to check this even though you gave full permission to the database in mysql you can also arrange permissions table specific.

Let me know your results.

OK an eventful several days and I don't want to bored you with the details, but I got it to work. I went through your steps and received errors.

So everything seems to center around the Player table. The issue wasn't with the permissions. The issue was with the Players table...or rather the name. The table was created with the name player with a lowercase "p", but the gameserver was looking for Player with a capital "P". Once I renamed the table with a capital "P" everything worked.

strange that that was the problem.
I have changed it in the plugin as you mentioned.

Can you share what mysql version you have etc ?
As i have mysql version 5.7 and player database is in lower case and this problem is not occuring with me.
Seems some option in mysql maybe makes things case sensitive.
