I was wondering how to get an item's full name. I tried parsing items_game.txt but many are the class name like TF_WEAPON_CLUB instead of Kukri for example. As another example, the Civic Duty Mk. II Scattergun has an index of 200 ("Upgradeable TF_WEAPON_SCATTERGUN"). I got the index list from tf2tools.net but it is missing some and I don't want to have to update it every time a weapon is added or updated. Does anyone know how to get the name that shows up when you inspect a player or view the item in their backpack?
