HLTV Kick Call Record Stoprecording Remote Order.

Hltv KCRSRO:

This plugin allows commands to control low HLTV servers, after making certain modifications.

Cvars:

invitar_hltv // This command requests the HLTV server to connect to HLDS server when you would cause
expulsar_hltv // This kicks a HLTV server HLDS server when you would cause
hltv_record // This command initiates a demo when you would cause.
hltv_stoprecord // This command stops a demo when you would cause.

rq_hltv_ip // Defines HLTV ip address
rq_hltv_port // Defines HLTV port
rq_hltv_rcon // Defines HLTV adminpassword (HLTV uses adminpassword as rconpassword replacement)
ip // Should be already set. But tells HLTV your IP so it can connect to right server.
port // Definetly set. Tells HLTV your server port to connect.
rq_hltv_disdelay // Optional. Wait N sec after last player leaves before disconnectin HLTV

You can't just edit an existing plugin, add some cvars and change some parts of the code to post it as a new plugin. Even if you give credits, you can't. You can post it as your own version of the original plugin, but you definitely can't post it as new.
