Just because you have the power to approve plugins doesn't give you a rite to unapprove a good plugin because you don't like somebody or because you're starving for attention.

It has nothing to do with attention or not liking him. In my opinion, he will not be able to maintain this since he has demonstrated that he has no interest in the same. For this reason, I'm unapproving it.
