how does this command work i type /sm_play rgarrett regenerate whch is in tf2 sounds somewhere nothing happens as well as other sounds

I'm not sure where you got that command from, but you most likely have to point it directly to the sound file. Something like:

sm_play bl4nk vo/heavy_specialcompleted01.wav

the official sourcemod commands page cant get it to play anything

o see that worked where do u get the list of sounds at i dont see those special ones in my sound folders

They're located inside of the steam gcf files. You can also find them on a tf2 server installation.
