I Installed Complete.But I Have A Problem ?
In My Server,Some Player Can't Up level.They only receive XP

That's a bot right? Afaik, bots can level up, but I am not sure. I think The Art of War would know.

Bots might choose an admin only hero, thus making it drop it. In general, it can only choose 1 hero each round. Wait 10 rounds and the guy will be having 10 heroes.

I dont know if this is a separated problem or if several people has experienced this, but sometimes bots can really screw things up for me, but that a bot's XP would not load is not something Ive encountered before.

Please type "amxx plugins" without the "" (quotes) in your server console if running a dedicated HLDS server and post the output.

Also, have you tried various things like 1. Restarting the round 2. Changing the map 3. Restarting the server. ?

I guess the problem could be a non-sh compliant bot version, I guess you are running PODBOT?

If he sets level 10 on a bot that bot wont choose all heroes at once. It will choose one hero each round because it doesn't know how to pick more than one each round. I have encountered that myself.

Did he write how many rounds he has waited before taking that screenshot? Maybe I missed it.

I am guessing he is a bit impatient, tested for two quick rounds and posted here.

Thanks For All Answer,but it is not bot or podbot.It is player.Some People can up level,some people can't up level(have xp but not up level)...
[POD]Stupid is player and he was deliberately named so.

check your amx logs, are you getting a message like:

DEBUG: Invalid KEY found will try to Load XP again:

also list any other superhero debug messages that appear(they all start with DEBUG: )
