I have sv_voicecodec voice_speex sv_voicequality 5...Is there any way i can make that better where like it sounds like a mp3 song playing on the server? because We like playing songs on the server with hlss.....Is there a plugin.........

that's the best you can get, so I would think not.

Well, you may be interested in the Radio Mod over at adminop.net
It let's you play songs (you must precache them via a file) and they sound great.
