Tried already... but it's logical that the client is alrighty since I can connect to my second pc if the server is running there..

Try with different port (such as 27016, 27017 et cetera).
Install the entire server again.
See if it works.

I found what causes the problem! It's the steam crack... Do anyone have a good Steam HLDS Version 44 crack? Seems like the crack I have works only with Windows XP...
