Is there a specific method to pause/stop a plugin only until the server restarts?

I have a task scheduler set to stop a specific plugin at midnight.

like this:

amx_pausecfg stop daymaps.amxx

so basicly it "stops" it, does it re-enable when server restarts?

I kind of need it to renable when server restarts, but putting a command to start it up in server.cfg just keeps starting it on map change instead >_<

What happens when you restart your server (using the restart command) while a plugin is paused? If it's a hard restart (the server is actually stopped and then started again) then everything will be back to normal.
