A bit better.

Not sure what you've added a random sound. It seems pointless. That's not something you should force to use.
You should let admin choose whether they want to use such sound, letting them to choose what sound. Same for video, the video should be easily customizable.

About ML, I've seen you have used line by line, but I believe using a block including all html at once makes more sense. People would be able to tweak presentation as they want.
For large HTML like yours, it would be more appropriate to use an external file.

So if i add like a command to enable disable the sound and if i add a command to
make it possible to change the video in the HTML like instead of the video i made,
they will change it to their liking, this plugin will get approved? OR will get
moved to plugin submissions or like reviewed?

Edit: And for sure changed all the MOTD lines to a one format().

If so, i will work on it. If not, there's no need as it will get unapproved anyway.

You are too focused on section, it doesn't matter really. You should focus to improve your plugin, nothing else. An unapproved plugin doesn't mean you can't support it nor people can't use it. Your last sentence is the worst thing you could say.

I've just wrote some fast thought about your new version, nothing else. I'm just saying you should care about customization.

My opinion, the unapproved section and the approved section is a big difference.
If someone wanted to download the plugin and he sees unapproved, well he won't
put the plugin in his server because he thinks it's bad. That's why the sections are
important for me. Anyhow, i just want an answer as if it will get moved, i will update it.

I know what i wanted to know is if i update it, will it get approved or not?
