how to add nvault to it so i can save which player selected which weapon(s), gets very annoying to select it again and again.

There are several resources for learning how to use nVault. I suggest that you write a test plugin for just learning how to wrote a plugin using nVault. Then, after you get that working, start adding it into your main plugin.
