I get this when trying to compile on SM 1.11.0.6530:

Edit: It's apparently an issue with SM 1.11 so, for now, this can only be compiled with SM 1.10.

Looks like "[!g_bLeft4Dead2]" has to be changed to "[view_as<int>(!g_bLeft4Dead2)]". Thanks for the report

[Issue] Arrays cannot be indexed by non-integral type 'String'

Perhaps, it's good idea to append issue with your case as well.

some chapter When threw Heal Grenade. People crash game ( no steam logon ). Do you know how to fix ?

Don't see how that's possibly being caused by this plugin. Otherwise turn off the plugin on that map.

I think people crash because of entity limit.
After i removed
PHP Code:
CreateBeamRing(entity, { 01500255 }, 0.1range - (range BEAM_RINGS)); 
( in EXPLOSION FX - MEDIC ). People is no longer crashing
