What does it ? (NewtworkID spoofing) ?

For testing enter in your console (setinfo networkid_force 1) and kick with message ("NetworkID spoofing detected.")

But what SourceMod detected ?

Play in Official Valve Servers with networkid_force and dont't have problems

Valve implemented a way for console clients to spoof steamids, and forgot to not include it in the public dedicated server.

It has been mitigated by both SourceMod and game updates for 6 years, there isn't anything to be concerned about.
