The plugin has an option to add a sound that starts at X seconds until explosion.

Unless you want me to take my microphone and start recording, get the sound you need and configure the plugin to play it on 30 seconds.

There's no need to wait everything to be served for you. This is not an AMXX related thing so you can easily try and do it yourself. Learning a new skill won't do you any harm.
