Team same players numbers

EX:
if iam ct and there are 2ts
when new player join and choose TS exemple
after roundfinish i want the player changed automatic to CT
for 2 CT VS 2 TS

mp_limitteams - the number of players each team can have more than the other.

I saw this : server.cfg
mp_autoteambalance 1
mp_limitteams 0

server.cfg is called on server start.
configs/amxx.cfg is called on map change.

Do the math.

Using a team limit of 0 disables team limit completely which is the exact opposite of what you want.
