What may caused the server to lag ?

Recently it was working fine with no lag, why suddenly lag ?

Does too much plugin-in caused lag ?

Any method to reduce lag ?

to much plugins may cuase lag. Like very big plugins. Maps may also cuase lag. And if you have to many models it will totaly lag.

Where is the server located, where do you live?
Show your plugins.ini
Show your MetaList
Have you recently changed anything at the server?
Is your server non-steam?

This has nothing to do with lag, i know plently of ns servers with 0 lag. The only thing that would affect this is where you lived
