[CS:GO] high sv/var in csgo server

hi guys!
i tested server default without metamod and sourcemod but sv/var is high !!
this problem is not from plugins.

info my vps:

32 slot 64 tick

hard ssd

I never set rates when making servers, default are fine for 32 slot, 64 tick.

You're using a VPS which means your resources are shared and you don't have a great CPU for single core performance.

it's true. I have full access to the main server
* How should I allocate resources for this VPS to fix my problem.
* The problem did not exist before, but after changing the CPU, the settings changed, causing a problem.

If it is possible to get inside the VMware ESXI panel to fix the settings and fix the problem.

I would honestly focus on getting a server which has a higher single core performance. If you're not planning on running more than one server I'd suggest a 2 core processor.

3.07 is a low speed for CS:GO server ...

There's no problem with it before, and my friend, with a 2.7 GHz CPU, which is a lower-than-used model, has been able to launch the CSGO server without any problems. I do not think our processor is weak.

set power plan as high performance in control panel.
delete net_maxroutable, dont mess with it.
delete sv_minrate, is way too low, the default value is like 192000.
use this:
