I would guess he is assuming @Relaxing is only learning C++ theory, and not practicing any of his coding skills.
Therefore he is stating it as `No practice = Useless`, which should mean only learning theory without practicing coding is a waist of time.

I'm glad that I have my own PC.
I open notepad.exe *each* day and practice C++.

@relaxing you never stated that you practice, the only thing you said was that you use SoloLearn to learn C++ and that App is mostly theory.

Still theory. Do projets by our own. I believe this is the best way to learn something. Not the fastest through.
