Move your SM plugins temporary in disabled folder and look again will it stop crashing server..
If not do, then add plugins back one by one and check everytime.

I did this "optional" update and my server version is still:

v1734532 Windows

Am I up-to-date? Seems like that's the same version.

Edit: I am talking about TF2 in case that wasn't obvious.

Ok so has the steampipe update officially out for TF2 cause I've not read about it anywhere and the mailing list only talks about the beta.

So far I see nothing that states it's officially out, however Sourcemod and TF2Items both work just fine so updating servers are no problem right now, in fact, in the earlier message Fletcher encouraged servers to start moving to steampipe early, stating that there would be no new changes.

That's what im trying to figure out. Fletcher said:

If you were waiting for the right time to start flipping your servers to SteamPipe, now is it.

Almost all my servers are running on app 232250 (updated) now and they all have players. I just don't know is this is it or what?

Just reporting the new mapcycle motd and motd_text locations are in the folder cfg.

If you move them there and write "sm plugins list" you get an error that mapcycle is not found. I thought sourcemod uses its own way of finding maps.

Every time I update the servers the MOTDs are reset.

I'll keep my ignorance in mind when making posts in the future.
That error comes from GDB trying to analyse the crash after it's happened, by default there is a limit on the size of a core file (the linux equivalent of a crash dump, basically a copy of the entire memory space of the process) so they get truncated. If you look in srcds_run you can see the call to ulimit with the maximum size (if it wasn't already set at the system level to unlimited).

Hmm... despite having my map in both /custom/<folder> and /maps, I can't download it from FastDL. Will have to investigate more. What an amateur mistake! I mistook a .zip file for .bz2
