I have test this plugin in ZPA 1.6.1, ZP 5.0.5 and ZP 5.0.8 and it is working well. However, the bomb must be really close to the human.

Have you tried to change the "#define RADIUS 300.0"?

I mean like in cso, light zombie has knockback bomb model that has hands that suits his body model...

It can be done. Yet quite difficult as we need to modify also the zombie class code.
