Hello . I'd like a plugin for the top 15, that doesn't use the csstats.dat file. The problem is that , the file keeps being re-created every time the server crashes or is restarted . Also, if possible, I'd like that the plugin to have the same usually commands as the default one ( I'm saying about /me, /hp , etc. ) . I'm using and old version of the AmxModX, and I think that might be the problem . But changing that, would be the last resort

Have you considered using gameme?
It is a paid ranking system with an outside database, so you wont loose anything even if you reinstall your server. It has a lot of features and you wont find any plugin that does half of what it does.
You can link your own webpages to it, you can add live bans, find every player ip adress, add clans, rankings per weapons, clan ranking, links to team speak, discord, steam, etc, etc, etc.
You have access to your servers ranking webpage in game by using editable commands (/stats by default).
You have also /top10 ; /top20 ; / weapons ; /rank ; /anything you want.

You don't give away your rcon password.
You need the rcon password only to sync your server to the database. And that is something only you will do.
Many servers in the world use gameme.
But if you don't want it, just sit and die waiting.
